Ironhorse Resources Partners with Kraus Development to Develop 2,000-Acre Master-Planned Gateway Rail Industrial Park in Laredo, Texas.

Ironhorse Resources, Inc. is excited to announce a long-term partnership with Kraus Development to serve as the railroad developer and operator for the 2,000-acre master-planned Gateway Rail Industrial Park. The rail park is located within Kraus Development’s Gateway Industrial Park north of Laredo, Texas. This collaboration aims to enhance the region’s truck to rail logistics, providing seamless rail connectivity between Mexican and US markets. The project will support global trade and US distribution and manufacturing through Laredo, the United States’ largest port of entry for goods in 2024.

Gateway’s development, strategically located at the intersection of IH-35 and SH 255, offers prime positioning for distribution centers, dry and cold storage, manufacturing, construction, energy and produce sectors.
