HR Transload operates FDA-registered, kosher-certified bulk liquid corn sweetener transfer facilities in Santa Teresa, NM (served by Santa Teresa Southern Railroad (STS)) and McAllen, TX (served by Rio Valley Switching Company (“RVSC”)) both with interchange access to UPRR.

Santa Teresa, NM Facility

Located 5 miles from the Mexican border and 15 miles from El Paso. This location is situated within a heavy truck zone, allowing 96,000 lbs gross weight movements to and from the border.
